Module 2 introduces innovative practices enhancing the relation between the School - the Company and the Apprentice.

Apprenticeship combines teaching in a vocational training centre with professional practice in a company. The Apprentice is an employee of the company, and signs an apprenticeship contract.

In Apprenticeship, the Relation between the School - the Company and the Apprentice is essential for :

  • the efficiency of the training,

  • avoiding contrat breaches,

  • and encouraging pro-active posture of the apprentice.

GoWizApp is a collaborative App to facilitate the individual follow-up of the Apprentice. It is a strategic tool for the CFA (Center for Training through Apprenticeship), its administrative and pedagogical teams, apprentices and company tutors.

The innovation offered by GoWizApp

The innovation offered by GoWizApp provides trainers/teachers, apprentices and company tutors a tool available at any time and on any terminal (mobile / tablet / computer / chromebook) thus promoting the instant exchange, real-time tracking and qualifying assessment of the apprentice's skills throughout the learning cycle.

Indeed, GoWiZapp allows trainers to answer to the imminent needs of companies by individualizing training, apprentices to emancipate themselves on these needs and the company to monitor the acquisition of knowledge to support the apprentice in its evolution. The apprentice and the company then develop a relationship of trust. This pedagogical approach responds to a shared proactive alternation.

This application supports the apprentice in the acquisition of professional skills by an individual chart of skills tracking. The company tutor declares his immediate needs in the apprentice's individual chart and the notified trainer optimizes the training provided to the apprentice within the CFA so that the apprentice can be better armed when he is in the company.

The individual follow-up of each apprentice, the online access, the sharing of pedagogical resources, the evaluation of skills in real time and the anticipation of the needs of the companies are all necessary prerequisites which will make that the apprentice will be more autonomous and more efficient.
